My name is Jacquie and I am a future Disney College Program Spring Advantage 2011 Merchandise Cast Member.  What a mouthful right?

I officially start my journey as a Disney World Castmember on January 19, 2011 and I will be using this blog to document my experiences in this program.

I attend Tunxis Community College in Conneticut as a Business Office Technology student. This internship with Disney is not in my primary field of study, Administrative Assistant work, but in an interest of mine, merchandise.  I have worked in merchandise (or retail) since I got my first job in 2003.  I feel that I will benefit from the experience of working for and learning from the Walt Disney Company.

This blog will document the classes I am going to take while on the program as well as the various work experiences that I will have.
